Section 37-1-131Rate suspension to affect only utilities giving bond. If any rate or rates or order or orders shall, under the provisions of this chapter be suspended by the giving of any of the bonds provided for in this subdivision, the suspension shall be operative as to and shall affect only the utilities complaining and giving such bond.
