Section 21-3A-10Furthering purpose and policy. This chapter shall be interpreted to be consistent with and further the purpose and policy of Part H of Public Law 99-457, as amended, (20 U.S.C. §§1471 to 1485, inclusive), its implementing regulations, and any subsequent amendments to the law and its implementing regulations.
