-----

Third District, Salt Lake Department

The Honorable Joseph C. Fratto Jr.

Attorneys: Seyed A. Nazarinia, Salt Lake City, Appellant Pro Se

Stephen C. Tingey, Salt Lake City, for Appellee

-----

Before Judges Billings, Bench, and Orme.

PER CURIAM:

Seyed A. Nazarinia appeals the trial court's dismissal of his complaint against Washington Mutual Bank, Inc. (Washington Mutual) for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.

Nazarinia filed his complaint in January 2004, alleging violations of fair housing practices in 1998. Washington Mutual filed a motion to dismiss, asserting that Nazarinia's claims were barred by the statute of limitations. The trial court granted Washington Mutual's motion, dismissing the case. Nazarinia appealed.

On appeal, Nazarinia has failed to identify an issue for review. He has submitted documents purportedly supporting his claim, but has failed to address the legal basis for the dismissal of his complaint. He does not refute the apparent running of the statute of limitations. As a result, "it plainly appears that no substantial question is presented" for review. Utah R. App. P. 10(e).

Accordingly, the trial court's dismissal of Nazarinia's complaint is affirmed.
