Third District, Salt Lake
Department
The Honorable William A.
Thorne
Attorneys:
Charles Watkins, Draper,
Appellant Pro Se
Jan Graham and Frederic
Voros Jr., Salt Lake City, for Appellee
-----
Before Judges Greenwood, Jackson, and Bench.
PER CURIAM:
A notice of appeal must be
filed with the trial court "within 30 days after the date of entry of the
judgment or order appealed from." Utah R. App. P. 4(a). The order Watkins
seeks to appeal was entered on January 14, 2000 and discussed in an April
4, 2000 signed minute entry. Watkins did not file his notice of appeal
until June 9, 2000, more than thirty days later. Accordingly, we have no
alternative but to dismiss Watkins's appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
