The parties state in their motion that they no longer wish to pursue the appeal. This court is of the opinion that the motion should be granted. Accordingly, we grant the motion, reverse the trial court s judgment, without regard to the merits, and remand this case to the trial court for further proceedings in accordance with the parties agreement.
