NO. 12-11-00232-CV IN THE COURT OF APPEALS TWELFTH COURT OF APPEALS DISTRICT TYLER, TEXAS CHARLES RICKY CHOYCE, JR., APPELLANT § APPEAL FROM THE _____ V. § _________________COURT ADAM VELEZ, REGINALDO F. STANLEY, M.D., CLAIRE RUSSELL AND TONYA TRAYLOR, APPELLEES § _______ COUNTY, TEXAS MEMORANDUM OPINION PER CURIAM On July 18, 2011, Appellant filed a notice of appeal purporting to appeal from a final judgment in Civil Action No. 5:10-CV-181. On August 3, 2011, this court notified Appellant, pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 37.2, that the information received in this appeal does not contain a final judgment or other appealable order. The deadline for amendment has passed, and Appellant has neither responded to the August 3, 2011 notice or otherwise shown the jurisdiction of this court.
