BARKER, JUDGE PRESIDING MEMORANDUM OPINION Appellant John Paul Desmarais seeks to appeal his judgment of conviction and sentence for the misdemeanor offense of harassment. See Tex. Penal Code ยง 42.07. The trial court has certified that this is a plea-bargain case for which Desmarais has no right of appeal and that he has waived his right to appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction. See Tex. R.
