TEXAS COURT OF APPEALS, THIRD DISTRICT, AT AUSTIN NO. 03-17-00341-CV Texas Department of Public Safety, Appellant v. Stephan Michael Branagan, Appellee FROM COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 2 OF HAYS COUNTY NO. 17-0234-C, DAVID GLICKLER, JUDGE PRESIDING MEMORANDUM OPINION The parties have filed an agreed motion to dismiss this appeal. The parties seek to have this Court render judgment effectuating their agreement by vacating the trial court’s order without regard to the merits, thereby reinstating the administrative decision in Texas Department of Public Safety v. Stephan Michael Branagan, State Office of Administrative Hearings Docket No. 2017-01-46580, which sustained the suspension of Branagan’s driver’s license. The parties have agreed that Branagan shall receive credit for any time already served on suspension and that his decision to abandon the defense of this case shall not be considered an admission of wrongdoing. We grant the agreed motion and dismiss the appeal. P. 42.1(a)(2)(A); id. R. 43.2(f). See Tex. R.
