Relator Richard Reyes has filed a motion requesting the withdrawal and return of the exhibits that he filed in this original proceeding, which we dismissed on June 22, 2005. The exhibits at issue are primarily original inmate grievance and request forms. Given the subject matter and content of these exhibits, we grant his motion and will return his original exhibits while retaining copies of them in our records.
