O R D E R
We issued an opinion and entered judgment in this cause on April 25, 2001. On May 16, Appellant Marian Wallis Spigener filed, by placing in first class U.S. Mail, a motion for rehearing. See Tex. R. App. P. 9.2(b)(1)(A). That motion is dismissed as untimely filed. Id. 49.1. ( A motion for rehearing may be filed within 15 days after the court of appeals judgment or order is rendered. ). On May 24, Appellant Rose McCullough filed her motion for rehearing by placing it in first class U.S. Mail. Id. 9.2(b)(1)(A). That motion is likewise dismissed as untimely filed. Id. 49.1. All other motions currently pending in this cause are dismissed as untimely filed, including but not limited to: 1) motion for recusal and/or disqualification of B.B. Schraub and Tom Philips as presiding/or administrative judges; 2) motion for oral arguments to be held in Johnson County Courthouse; 3) supplement to motion for rehearing subpoena duces tecum for cause no. 229-94 records ; 4) supplement to motion for recusal subpoena duces tecum for financial records ; 5) supplement to motion for rehearing subpoena duces tecum for case file v. City of Mesquite, their judge, and judge s clerk ; and 6) supplement to motion for rehearing request for extension of time to access newly discovered Tx. Supreme Ct. s Texas Access to Justice Commission resources to help poor people with civil suits.
