Appellant was convicted of aggravated assault on a peace officer. He timely filed his notice of appeal.

Appellant has filed in this court his firt-amended motion to dismiss, personally signed by Appellant and approved by his attorney, requesting that his notice of appeal be withdrawn and the appeal dismissed. No decision of this Court having been delivered prior to the receipt of Appellant's request, his request to withdraw the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
