v.

THE STATE OF TEXAS,

Appellee

From the 40th District Court

Ellis County, Texas

Trial Court # 19415-CR

MEMORANDUM OPINION

This is an attempted pre-conviction appeal from an order denying an application for writ of habeas corpus in a bail reduction case. The case was docketed in this court on November 23, 1992, following receipt of a copy of a notice of appeal filed in the trial court on November 18, 1992.

After reviewing the record, consisting of the Transcript and Statement of Facts, we have determined that an appealable order was not signed, thereby denying this court of jurisdiction. This case is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
