OPINION ON REHEARING

 

The words, "still in the window frame as well as some broken glass," in line 7 on page 2 of the opinion delivered on February 24, 1993, are hereby deleted.

The first full sentence beginning on line 1 of page 3 is hereby deleted and the following sentence is substituted therefor: "Appellant's fingerprints were found on glass on the ground below the broken window where the restaurant was entered."

Appellant's motion for rehearing is otherwise denied.
