AUGUSTUS TYRONE PINK, ET AL.,
Appellants
v.
GENERAL ELECTRIC CREDIT CORPORATION,
Appellee
From the County Civil Court at Law No. 1
Harris County, Texas
Trial Court # 578,767
MEMORANDUM OPINION
This is an appeal from a judgment signed on October 10, 1991. A motion for new trial and a cost bond were timely filed, making the record due to be filed no later than February 7, 1992. The transcript was received and filed by the Houston 1st Court of Appeals on March 31, 1992. A motion for extension of time to file the transcript was not filed within 15 days following the February 7, 1992, the deadline for filing.
Because the appellants failed to timely file the transcript the appeal must be dismissed. On June 1, 1992, appellants filed a motion for extension of time to file the statement of facts, also not timely, and must be denied.
The appeal is dismissed.
