Appellant was convicted of the misdemeanor offense of assault and punishment was assessed by the court at confinement of 12 months in jail and a fine of $2,000.
It has been made known to this Court by death certificate that Appellant died on May 1, 1992, after having perfected his appeal. Appellant's death deprives this court of jurisdiction of the appeal.
