Appellant entered a plea of guilty on August 26, 1987, to the offense of burglary of a habitation for which he was assessed ten years probation. Pursuant to the State's motion, Appellant's probation was revoked by order of the court signed May 15, 1989. The judgment adjudicating Appellant's guilt was signed by the court on July 27, 1989, with punishment assessed at ten years in the Texas Department of Corrections. An order suspending further execution of the sentence and placing Appellant on probation was signed by the court on November 8, 1989. Appellant filed in this court a notice of appeal of the November 8th order.

Appellant has filed a request in this court, personally signed and verified by Appellant and approved as to form and content by his attorney, to have his notice of appeal withdrawn. No decision of this court having been delivered prior to receipt of this request for withdrawal of the notice of appeal, Appellant's request is granted.
