Memorandum Opinion by Justice Moseley MEMORANDUM OPINION Timothy Fletcher appeals his conviction by a jury for sexual assault of a child. 1 See TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. ยง 22.011 (West 2011). The jury assessed punishment at ten years imprisonment, and the trial court sentenced Fletcher consistent with the jury s assessment. Fletcher has filed a single brief, in which he raises four issues common to all fifteen of his appeals. We addressed these issues in detail in our opinion of this date on Fletcher s appeal in cause number 06-11-00180-CR.
