Memorandum Opinion by Chief Justice Morriss MEMORANDUM OPINION Charles Terrell McClure has appealed his twelve-year sentence for possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver. See TEX . HEALTH & SAFETY CODE ANN . ยง 481.112 (Vernon 2003). McClure was also sentenced to twenty years' imprisonment for narcotics trafficking in a companion case, which he also appealed to this Court.
