MEMORANDUM OPINION

Isis S. Green, appellant, has represented to this Court that she has reached a settlement agreement with appellees Patricia and Jerry Arnold. Green has moved this Court to dismiss her appeal. In such a case, no real controversy exists, and in the absence of a controversy, the appeal is moot.

We grant the motion of Isis S. Green and dismiss the appeal.
