O P I N I O N

Norma Robinson, appellant, and the Housing Authority of the City of Paris, appellee, have filed a joint motion asking this Court to dismiss the appeal, vacate the judgment of the trial court, and remand with instructions to dismiss the forcible detainer filed under cause number 10040 in the Lamar County Court at Law with prejudice as to all parties because of a final settlement among the parties.

The motion is granted. We dismiss the appeal and remand to the trial court for further proceedings as set out above and in accordance with the agreement of the parties.
