THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee ________________________________________________________________________ On Appeal from the 359th District Court Montgomery County, Texas Trial Cause No. 08-11-11164-CR ________________________________________________________________________ MEMORANDUM OPINION The trial court entered an amended certification of the defendant s right to appeal in which the court certified that this is a plea-bargain case and the defendant has no right of appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 25.2(a)(2). The district clerk has provided the trial court s certification to the Court of Appeals. On November 2, 2010, we notified the parties that we would dismiss the appeal unless either of the parties established grounds for continuing the appeal. On November 3, 2010, counsel for the appellant filed a motion to dismiss the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R.
