R. A PP. P. 42.2. The motions are signed by appellant personally after counsel filed a brief in each case which certifies that counsel could find no arguable error upon which to base an appeal. We therefore treat the motions to withdraw the appeals as agreed to by 1 Laughlin has three other active appeals in addition to the three cases subject to disposition in this memorandum opinion. Appeal Nos. 09-09-00346-CR (trial cause number B-090183R), 09-09-00347-CR (trial cause number B-090189-R), and 09-09-00350-CR (trial cause number B-090288-R) are not affected by this Opinion. 1 counsel. We grant the motions to withdraw notices of appeal in trial cause number B-090195-R, trial cause number B-090201-R, and trial cause number B-090291-R. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeals. The Clerk of the Court shall forward a duplicate copy of this opinion to the clerk of the court in which the notices of appeal were filed.
