MEMORANDUM OPINION
No. 04-07-00621-CV
Michael BOYD and Margaret Boyd,
Appellants
v.
5555 PARTNERS, LTD. and REOC Partners, Ltd.,
Appellees
From the 408th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2004-CI-16754
Honorable Janet Littlejohn, Judge Presiding

PER CURIAM

Sitting: Alma L. L pez, Chief Justice

Catherine Stone, Justice

Karen Angelini, Justice

Delivered and Filed: December 28, 2007

DISMISSED FOR WANT OF PROSECUTION

Both the trial court clerk and the court reporter responsible for preparing the record in this appeal filed notifications of late record, stating that the clerk's record and reporter's record had not been filed because appellants had failed to pay or make arrangements to pay the fees for preparing the records and that appellants are not entitled to appeal without paying the fees. On November 14, 2007, we ordered the appellants to provide written proof to this court that either (1) the fees had been paid or arrangements had been made to pay the fees; or (2) appellants are entitled to appeal without paying the fees. Appellants failed to respond to our order. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). Costs of the appeal are taxed against appellants.
