On August 2, 2007, relator filed a petition for a writ of mandamus. On October 4, 2007, relator filed a motion to dismiss the mandamus petition. The court has determined the motion to dismiss should be granted. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1). Accordingly, the petition for a writ of mandamus is dismissed.
