PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

In a mandamus petition filed in this court, relator Kenneth DeLong requests a writ of mandamus directing the "Atascosa District or County Court(s)" to "entertain his filings[] and render a decision." DeLong does not identify the court or courts in which he made such "filings" and does not attach any documents to his petition. It is the relator's burden to provide this court with a record sufficient to establish a right to mandamus relief. Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 837 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding); Tex. R. App. P. 52.3(j); 52.7(a). Given the absence of a mandamus record in this case, DeLong has not established a right to mandamus relief. Accordingly, the petition for a writ of mandamus is denied.
