PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

The court has considered relator's petition for a writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that relief should be denied because the relator has not met her burden of establishing the lack of an adequate appellate remedy. See Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 842 (Tex. 1992) (appellate courts will not intervene to control incidental trial court rulings when an adequate remedy by appeal exists); Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a). Accordingly, relator's petition for a writ of mandamus is denied.
