In re Linda Gray Schneemann--Appeal from 407th Judicial District Court of Bexar County
Annotate this CaseNo. 04-07-00308-CV
IN RE Linda Gray SCHNEEMANN
Original Mandamus Proceeding (1)
PER CURIAM
Sitting: Alma L. L pez, Chief Justice
Karen Angelini, Justice
Sandee Bryan Marion, Justice
Delivered and Filed: May 16, 2007
PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED
The court has considered relator's petition for a writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that relief should be denied because the relator has not met her burden of establishing the lack of an adequate appellate remedy. See Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 842 (Tex. 1992) (appellate courts will not intervene to control incidental trial court rulings when an adequate remedy by appeal exists); Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a). Accordingly, relator's petition for a writ of mandamus is denied.
PER CURIAM
1. This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2006-CI-11126, styled In the Matter of the Marriage of Leslie Miles Taylor and Linda Gray Schneemann, pending in the 407th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Karen Pozza presiding. However, the challenged order was signed by the Honorable Gloria Saldana, presiding judge of the 224th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas.
