Having settled their dispute, the parties have filed a joint motion to vacate the trial court's judgment, dismiss the case, and release the cash deposit posted as security for the appeal by Appellant Bouche Trucking, Inc. with the District Clerk of Bexar County. We grant the motion. SeeTex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2). The trial court's judgment is vacated, and the case is dismissed. See id.43.2(e). The District Clerk of Bexar County is ordered to release the cash deposit posted as security for the appeal by Bouche Trucking, Inc. Costs of appeal are taxed against Appellant Bouche Trucking, Inc. See id. 42.1(d).
