PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

Relators Colonia Santa Rita, Inc. and Begonia Prada de Portugal filed a petition for writ of mandamus alleging the trial court has no jurisdiction to issue its order for temporary injunction or to deny Portugal's special appearance. This court has determined that relators are not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, relators' petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a). Relators shall pay all costs incurred in this proceeding.
