The parties have filed a joint motion to dismiss, requesting that pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.1(a)(2)(A), we set aside the trial court's judgment and render judgment that Appellant Ronald Reinarts take nothing by his suit against Brasada Motorplex, Inc. d/b/a Northside Ford. We grant the parties' joint motion. We reverse the trial court's judgment and render judgment that Ronald Reinarts take nothing. Costs of appeal are taxed against the party incurring same.
