APPEAL DISMISSED

Appellant filed a pleading he calls a "notice of intent to file for violations" with respect to trial court cause number 03-09-0266-CRA. The clerk of this court interpreted appellant's notice as a notice of appeal, filed the pleading as appeal number 04-03-00824-CR, and notified appellant that the notice of appeal is defective. Appellant was warned that if he did not file an amended notice of appeal within thirty days, the appeal would be dismissed. See Tex. R. App. P. 25.2, 37.1. No amended notice has been filed. The appeal is dismissed. See Tex. R. App. P. 25.2(d). (1) PER CURIAM
