PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DISMISSED

On March 29, 2004, Relator Hugo Xavier De Los Santos filed a petition for writ of mandamus. On April 12, 2004, De Los Santos filed a motion to dismiss the petition, explaining that a favorable verdict in the underlying trial has been returned and a take-nothing judgment has been entered. As such, De Los Santos no longer wishes to pursue the petition. We grant De Los Santos's motion and dismiss the petition for writ of mandamus.
