AMCOR FINANCIAL CORPORATION,

v.

From the 218th Judicial District Court, Wilson County, Texas
Trial Court No. 01-01-0030-CVW
Honorable Michael Peden, Judge Presiding

PER CURIAM

Sitting: Catherine Stone, Justice

Delivered and Filed: April 7, 2004

DISMISSED FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

On March 2, 2004, we notified Amcor Financial Corporation ("AFC") that the judgment signed October 28, 2003 did not dispose of the claims against all of the parties originally listed in appellees' pleadings, and no severance order appears in the record for each of the parties listed. We further notified AFC that a judgment that does not dispose of all parties and causes of action is not final and appealable. See Houston Health Clubs, Inc. v. First Court of Appeals, 722 S.W.2d 692, 693 (Tex. 1986); Northeast Indep. Sch. Dist. v. Aldridge, 400 S.W.2d 893, 895 (Tex. 1966).

AFC filed a response to our order on March 10, 2004, but the response neither demonstrates the claims against all of the parties originally listed in appellees' pleadings were disposed of nor demonstrates that a severance order appears in the record for each of the parties listed. It is therefore ordered that this appeal is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
