From the 144th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2002-CR-2494-W
Honorable Mark R. Luitjen, Judge Presiding

APPEAL DISMISSED

Lorenzo Martinez ("Martinez") pled true to violating a condition of his community supervision in response to the State's motion to revoke community supervision. The trial court adjudicated Martinez guilty of theft of property between $1500 and $20,000, and sentenced Martinez to two-years incarceration. Martinez subsequently filed this appeal. On December 11, 2003, Martinez filed a motion to dismiss this appeal which was personally signed by him. Accordingly, the motion is granted and this appeal is dismissed. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.2(a). In addition, Appellate counsel's motion to withdraw pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and motion for extension of time to a file a brief are denied as moot.
