From the 289th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court Nos. 2002-JUV-00331 & 2000-JUV-02395
Honorable Carmen Kelsey, Judge Presiding

PER CURIAM

Sitting: Catherine Stone, Justice

DISMISSED

On October 28, 2003, this court abated these appeals to the trial court to hold a hearing to determine whether appellant desired to prosecute his appeals, whether appellant was indigent, and whether counsel had abandoned these appeals. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(b)(2). On December 1, 2003, this court received motions to dismiss appellant's appeals.

It is therefore ORDERED that these appeals are reinstated on the docket of this court. Appellant's motions to dismiss are GRANTED, and these appeals are DISMISSED. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1).
