Elizabeth Neira appealed the trial court's August 6, 2003 order dismissing her suit against Dr. Javier Reyes. On October 7, 2003, the trial court granted Neira's motion for reconsideration and vacated the dismissal order. Neira moves to dismiss the appeal. We grant the motion. We order all costs assessed against appellant Elizabeth Neira.
