TEMPORARY INJUNCTION DISSOLVED AND CASE DISMISSED

This is an interlocutory appeal from an order granting a temporary injunction. After appellants filed their brief, appellees, plaintiffs in the trial court, filed a "Notice of Nonsuit Without Prejudice." Attached to the Notice is a copy of a notice of nonsuit filed in the trial court. Appellants filed a response, agreeing to dissolution of the temporary injunction and dismissal of the cause. Accordingly, we order the temporary injunction dissolved and dismiss the cause. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(A); 43.2(e). We order that appellants, Simona Cuevas, Virginia Blackman, Richard Neuhaus, and 7001 Wurzbach Tower Council of Co-Owners, Inc., recover their costs of this appeal from appellees Jesus Lares, Jr., Karen Pena, Richard Pena, Jack D. Meyer, and Shelia Guarda.
