PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

On June 26, 2003, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus, asking this court to order the trial court to rule on his Motion for Judgment Nunc Pro Tunc. On July 14, 2003, a copy of the trial court's signed Order on Motion for Judgment Nunc Pro Tunc was filed. Accordingly, we deny relator's petition for writ of mandamus as moot.

1. This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 1992-CR-4676-W, styled The State of Texas v. Aaron Michael Blank, in the 175th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas. The Honorable Mary Roman is the respondent in this mandamus proceeding.
