Appellants' brief was originally due on February 12, 2003. On February 24, 2003, this court granted appellants' motion for extension of time until March 14, 2003 to file their brief. Neither the brief nor a second motion for extension of time has been filed. On March 28, 2003, this court ordered appellants to file their brief and a motion for extension of time no later than April 28, 2003, or this appeal would be subject to dismissal for want of prosecution. Neither the brief nor a motion has been filed. On May 16, 2003, this court ordered appellants to show cause no later than May 30, 2003 why this appeal should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a). Appellants did not respond. The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b). Costs of appeal are taxed against appellants.
