Annotate this CaseMEMORANDUM OPINION
No. 04-02-00911-CVIN THE INTEREST OF M.G., A CHILD
From the 229th Judicial District Court, Starr County, Texas
Trial Court No. CS-02-118
Honorable Alex W. Gabert, Judge Presiding
PER CURIAM
Sitting: Alma L. L pez, Chief Justice
Catherine Stone, Justice
Paul W. Green, Justice
Delivered and Filed: March 31, 2003
DISMISSED
Appellant Mario Alberto Gonzalez appealed the trial court's order regarding child support. On February 20, 2003, this court ordered Mr. Gonzalez to show cause why we had jurisdiction over this appeal. On March 6, 2003, appellant filed a voluntary motion to dismiss stating he did not wish to prosecute his appeal because he decided to comply with the trial court's order. The motion contains a certificate of service to appellee, who has not opposed the motion. Therefore, we grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1). Costs of the appeal are taxed against appellant.
PER CURIAM
