REVERSED AND REMANDED

Appellant City of Del Rio, Texas and Appellees Lela E. Wagner and Ken-Lee Partners, Ltd. have entered into a settlement agreement and as such, have filed a joint motion, requesting that the trial court's judgment be reversed and that the cause be remanded for the entry of a judgment in conformity with the parties' settlement agreement. The motion is granted. The judgment of the trial court is reversed, and the cause is remanded for the entry of judgment in conformity with the settlement agreement.
