The court has considered relators' petition for writ of mandamus and motion for temporary relief and is of the opinion that relators have not shown themselves entitled to the relief sought and relief should be denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a). Accordingly, relators' petition for writ of mandamus and motion for temporary relief are denied.
