MEMORANDUM OPINION
No. 04-02-00777-CV
IN THE INTEREST OF K.E.C.
From the 225th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2001-PA-01940
Honorable Martha Tanner, Judge Presiding

PER CURIAM

Sitting: Alma L. L pez, Chief Justice

Karen Angelini, Justice

Sandee Bryan Marion, Justice

Delivered and Filed: February 5, 2003

DISMISSED FOR WANT OF PROSECUTION

This is an accelerated appeal. On December 16, 2002, the trial court clerk filed a notification of late record, explaining that although the record is prepared, it has not been filed because appellants have failed to pay or make arrangements to pay the clerk's fee for preparing the record and that appellants are not entitled to appeal without paying the fee. We ordered appellants to provide written proof within ten days that either (1) the clerk's fee had been paid or arrangements have been made to pay the clerk's fee, or (2) appellants are entitled to appeal without paying the clerk's fee. We warned that if appellants failed to respond within the time provided, we would dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 37.3(b). Appellants have not responded. The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). Costs of appeal are taxed against appellants. PER CURIAM
