Annotate this CaseIN RE Albert RIVERA
Original Mandamus Proceeding (1)
PER CURIAM
Sitting: Phil Hardberger, Chief Justice
Alma L. L pez, Justice
Sarah B. Duncan, Justice
Delivered and Filed: October 31, 2001
PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED
On September 14, 2001, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus. The petition does not comply with Rule 52 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure and, on September 20, 2001, the court ordered relator to correct specified deficiencies in the petition by October 11, 2001. Relator has not done so. Relator has failed to show himself entitled to the relief requested and we therefore deny the petition for writ of mandamus.
Relator shall pay all costs incurred in this proceeding.
The clerk of this court is directed to transmit a copy of this opinion to the attorneys of record, the trial court judge, and the trial court clerk.
