PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

On November 3, 2000, the relators, Rosalba Rubacalba, and her minor son Alfonso, petitioned this court for a writ of mandamus. After considering the petition and the motion, this court has determined that the relators are not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus, and the motion for an emergency stay, are DENIED. Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a).
