In the Interest of Destiny GEISY, A Child,
From the 37th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 99-PA-1383
Honorable David Berchelmann, Judge Presiding

PER CURIAM

Sitting: Catherine Stone, Justice

Paul W. Green, Justice

Sarah B. Duncan, Justice

Delivered and Filed: September 13, 2000

DISMISSED FOR WANT OF PROSECUTION

The clerk's record in the instant case has not been filed because payment arrangements have not been made. On August 15, 2000, we ordered appellant to provide written proof to this court by August 25, 2000 that either: (1) the clerk's fee has been paid or arrangements have been made to pay the clerk's fee; or (2) appellant is entitled to appeal without paying the clerk's fee. Appellant was warned that failure to respond to our order would result in dismissal of this appeal. Appellant did not respond. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). Costs of appeal are taxed against appellant.
