APPEAL DISMISSED FOR LACK OF PROSECUTION
This appeal arises from the trial court's grant of a temporary protective order in favor of Marina Ulmschneider. On August 3, 2000, we ordered appellant, Louis G. Ulmschneider, to "provide written proof to this court no later than August 14, 2000" that the clerk's fee "has been paid or arrangements have been made to pay the fee;" or "appellant is entitled to appeal without paying the fee." Appellant was warned that if he failed to respond within the time provided, this appeal would be dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b).
No response has been filed. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b), (c).
