Trial Court No. DC-98-246

PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED
Relator, J. B. Hunt Transport, Inc., petitions this court for a writ of mandamus, alleging that the trial court abused its discretion in denying the relator's motion to compel certain deposition testimony. We conclude that the trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying the motion to compel. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-40 (Tex. 1992). Relator's motion for temporary relief is likewise denied.
