and FRIESENHAHN PLUMBING CO.,

Appellees
From the 131st Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 96-CI-05466
Honorable Andy Mireles, Judge Presiding

PER CURIAM

Sitting: Paul W. Green, Justice

Sarah B. Duncan, Justice

Karen Angelini, Justice

Delivered and Filed: November 24, 1999

DISMISSED FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Both the notice of appeal and motion for extension of time were filed late. We could not determine whether the notice of appeal and motion for extension of time may have been mailed, and thus filed, within the fifteen-day grace period provided by Tex. R. App. P.26.3. See Verburgt v. Dorner, 959 S.W.2d 615, 615 (Tex. 1997). We ordered appellants, Annie Trevino, Blanche Trevino, and Doris Muldoon, to provide an explanation for the late notice of appeal no later than October 25, 1999, but appellants did not respond. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c). Costs of the appeal are taxed against appellants.
