In The Fourteenth Court of Appeals NO. 14-22-00438-CV IN RE ARCHER SYSTEMS, LLC, Relator ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS 269th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2022-06177 MEMORANDUM OPINION On June 17, 2022, relator Archer Systems, LLC filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221; see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this court to compel the Honorable Corey Sepolio, presiding judge of the 269th District Court of Harris County, to vacate his April 22, 2022 order denying relator’s verified petition to take a deposition before suit of Stacie Burke and grant relator’s request to take Burke’s pre-suit deposition.1 Relator has not established that it is entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny relator’s petition for writ of mandamus. PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Zimmerer, Spain, and Poissant. 1 Relator had additionally sought to take the deposition of a corporate representative of Epiq Systems, Inc. or Epiq Global Business Transformation Solutions, LLC. Relator abandoned its request to take the corporate representative’s deposition at the hearing on the verified petition to take depositions before suit. 2
