In The Fourteenth Court of Appeals NO. 14-16-00074-CV IN THE ESTATE OF CHRISTOPHER ANTHONY MARIETTA, DECEASED On Appeal from Probate Court No. 1 Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 405554 MEMORANDUM OPINION This is a restricted appeal from a judgment signed July 28, 2015. On March 31, 2016, this court abated the appeal because appellant petitioned for voluntary bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado under cause number 16-12736-TBM. See Tex. R. App. P. 8.2. This court has learned through the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) system that the bankruptcy case was closed November 23, 2016. On December 15, 2016, this court issued an order stating that unless any party to the appeal filed a motion demonstrating good cause to retain the appeal within twenty days of the date of the order, this appeal would be dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b). No response was filed. We reinstate the appeal and order it dismissed. PER CURIAM Panel consists of Chief Justice Frost and Justices Brown and Jewell. 2
